Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Evaluate product performance across stores to understand the selling products.- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and optimize inventory.
Create and implement strategies to improve store-level performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and execute localized plans that align with overall company objectives.
Assess and enhance store operations to ensure high standards of excellence and efficiency.- Implement best practices and operational improvements to streamline processes and boost productivity.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
- Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies and optimize overall sales performance.
Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and growth initiatives.
Communicate findings and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies, or any related fields
- Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in the related field
Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
