Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Boarding to lead our boarding program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the boarding program, ensuring the welfare, safety, and happiness of all boarding students. The Head of Boarding will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall boarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the boarding program
Ensure the welfare, safety, and happiness of all boarding students
Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall boarding experience
Maintain open and effective communication with boarding students, parents, and staff
Manage the boarding budget and ensure that resources are used effectively
Ensure that the boarding facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of the students
Provide leadership and guidance to the boarding staff
Develop and maintain positive relationships with local community organizations
Maintain accurate records and reports related to the boarding program
Requirements:
