As the Head of Mechanics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing advanced mechanical and electrical repairs. Your expertise in vehicle systems and modifications will ensure the highest quality service for our customers.
- Highly experienced in car modifications, including installing aftermarket exhausts, body kits, and carbon intake systems.
- Knowledgeable in ECU tuning.
- Oversee and ensure the modifications of bumpers, body kits, exhaust systems, and intake systems meet safety and performance standards.
- Formulate, review, and implement policies for asset, workshop, breakdown, and manpower management.
- Maintain detailed repair records for future reference and analysis.
- Work with management to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with automotive tech and industry trends for organization growth directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Automotive Technology is preferable.
- More than 5 years of experience in the automotive modification industry.
- Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle systems like engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools to fix complex vehicle problems.
- Skilled in management, leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and motivation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently and collaborative as a team.
