About the role
The Head of Enterprise Sales will lead the strategy and execution of sales efforts targeting enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimising business operations, and positioning the company as a leader in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in enterprise sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
Your key responsibilities
Enterprise Business Management
- Develop and implement innovative business models, operational strategies, and management processes to maximize enterprise business performance
- Formulate, execute, and monitor annual business plans, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategic objectives
- Lead performance management initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance collaboration and drive business outcomes
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the sales team, fostering a culture of leadership, continuous coaching, and mentorship
Growth and Revenue Generation
- Oversee profit and loss for the enterprise sector, setting financial targets and driving strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Elevate brand visibility and market positioning through thought leadership, participation in industry events, and representing the company in key forums
- Lead the end-to-end client acquisition process, from identifying opportunities to preparing proposals and managing the sales funnel
- Deliver customised solutions to enterprise clients, ensuring a high standard of service and exceptional relationship management
- Stay abreast of industry trends in digital talent and other relevant areas, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government bodies, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders to support business growth
Strategic Support for Broader Business Goals
- Work closely with other business units to contribute to overall company strategy, driving growth and enhancing market presence
- Leverage existing enterprise relationships to identify and cultivate additional business opportunities across the organisation
The ideal candidate
- Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise management or business development initiatives with a strategic focus
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in P&L management, financial analysis, and strategic business planning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a natural talent for building and maintaining professional relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Experience in digital education, EdTech, or related industries is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges
