Job Summary

Lead and deliver quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries
Lead cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing channel (WSM) to EB clients
Drive automation and digitisation projects to ensure seamless EB and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing sales support and WSM team to improve turnaround time and service levels
Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities
Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team.
Leading the automation and digitisation of EB sales support and WSM processes

Key Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field
Above 5 years experience in EB and/or WSM
Experienced in managing a team in similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
