We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Dim Sum Chef who excels in setting up and managing a new restaurant. If you are passionate about both traditional and innovative dim sum creations and have experience in restaurant operations, we would love to meet you!
Extensive Dim Sum Experience: Mastery in the preparation of a wide variety of traditional and modern dim sum dishes.
- Store Setup Experience: Ability to establish a dim sum restaurant from the ground up, including kitchen design, equipment selection, and installation.
Team Management Skills
: Capable of effectively managing and training kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional output.Menu Design
: Creative and skilled in designing and developing menus that attract and delight customers.High Efficiency: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Transportation: Must have your own transportation and be willing to travel to other locations as needed.
Dim Sum Preparation: Responsible for creating and innovating a variety of high-quality dim sum dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- Store Setup: Oversee the initial setup of the restaurant, including kitchen layout design, equipment selection, and installation.
Team Management
: Lead and manage the kitchen team, developing work plans and training programs to ensure smooth operations.Menu Development
: Design and develop new dim sum dishes and regularly update the menu to attract both new and returning customers.Cost Control: Manage food procurement and cost control, ensuring quality while maintaining budget constraints.
- Travel: Be available to travel to different locations as required for store setup and other related tasks.
