Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present dishes ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Manage kitchen operations within budget and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address customer satisfaction regarding food quality and presentation.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.
  • Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef, with a preference for those specializing in North Indian cuisine.
  • Able to work in Weekends and Public Holidays
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in kitchen management.
  • Able to function under pressure
Knowledge of a variety of culinary practices and techniques, with a preference for North Indian cuisine.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM13,
  • 67 per month

    Schedule:
  • Fixed shift
Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
