Responsibilities- Prepare and present dishes ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of food preparation.- Manage kitchen operations within budget and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer satisfaction regarding food quality and presentation.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef, with a preference for those specializing in North Indian cuisine.- Able to work in Weekends and Public Holidays
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in kitchen management.
- Able to function under pressure
Knowledge of a variety of culinary practices and techniques, with a preference for North Indian cuisine.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
