As the Head, Agency Learning & Development, your role will be responsible for:
Learning and Development for all agency force, in enhancing and strengthening professionalism, culture and productivity.
Organizational Learning and Development for agency distribution team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning and Development
Drive Learning and Development strategies and formulate plans toward achieving Company goals.
Plan, direct, control and manage the Departments resources and setting training strategies, system, policies and performance standards to meet companys goal.
Develop highly productive and professional agency force through learning and development initiatives and programs.
Fostering and nurturing a culture of continuous learning and growth within the agency team to providing a rewarding career journey, while equipping them with the necessary skills and competencies to drive our business forward.
Identify gaps and develop a learning strategy aimed at bridging these deficiencies to achieve the company's business goals.
Organizational Learning and Development
Drive the overall organizational framework & effectiveness for the Agency Growth function. To ensure it is aligned to the PMABs business objectives through various OD interventions.
Execution of OD strategies towards achieving overall Agency Growths business needs, and to ensure succession planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline;
Experience: At least 10 years experience in particularly in life insurance industry.
Knowledge: Exposure and breadth of practical experience in driving and managing various distribution channels including agencys business.
Strong interpersonal, management and teamwork capabilities.
Able to perform and contribute in fast-changing distribution environment.
