Halabo Hair Sales Consultant (Mid Valley)

Position Summary
You will play a vital role in providing expert advice and personalized solutions to clients seeking to improve the health and appearance of their hair and scalp. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough consultations, assessing clients hair and scalp conditions, and recommending tailored treatment plans. You will educate clients on proper hair and scalp care practices and provide guidance on selecting suitable products and treatments to address their specific needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hair care, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Qualifications

Spm or equivalent.

Age 18 above.

Language requirements: Bahasa, English & Mandarin

Certification or training in cosmetology, trichology, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, physiology, and common conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust and credibility.

Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in recommending and selling hair care products and treatments.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and preferences.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
