Job Descriptions:- Responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel's Front Office and F&B departments in terms of daily Check-In and Out, Breakfast, Hi-Tea, and Dinner.
Welcome and assist guest according to hotel service standards.- Responsible to ensure daily Reservation, room assigning, room inventory, and guest emails inquiry is responded in promptly manner.
Ensure hotel cleanliness standards are executed with the highest level of proficiency.
- Ensure that room checklist and cleaning schedules are being completed on daily basis.
Ensure that Room Make Up, Cleaning Vacant Dirty Room, Cleaning Occupied Dirty Room is performed based on SOP implemented.- Be knowledgeable about unit locations, types of rooms available, and ongoing promotional rates.
Be knowledgeable about nearby tourist spots and attractions to assist and inform guests upon inquiry.
- Ensure cashiering is done as per the SOP.
Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit card and cash transaction policies and procedures.- Ensuring that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner while following company policies and procedures.
Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to their inquiries, complaints and request.
- Ensuring professional handling aligned with SOP implemented on Lost and Found where guests items/properties is involved with documentations.
Maintain a list of all contacts for emergencies or other problems that may arise at any time.- Conducts and ensures the neat of appearance of every personnel on grooming as well as professional service etiquette.
Perform any other delegated tasks as required by management.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Professional Certificate/Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Preferably have experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in Front Office and F&B.
A team player with leadership skills, independent and a pleasant personality.- Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.
