Guest Service Officer

This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Officer based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling customer inquiries and requests, and performing receptionist duties. Daily tasks include ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel.

• Guest Service, Guest Services, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
