Guest Relations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible in ensuring the overall wellbeing of guests in terms of customer satisfaction and comfort; and that all guest requirements are fulfilled in the most efficient and timely manner. Functions as an integral part of service in the Front Office and lobby.
As a
Guest Relations Coordinator, we rely on you to:
- Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
- Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation
- Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
- Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
- Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Front Office Operations and minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a guest contact are in the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years in the Front Office Department of an international class or 4-Star hotel.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
- Knowledge of computers, retail system, F&B system.
- Willing to work in shift.
- Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
- Has good interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Is able to work independently and a team player.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
