Responsibilities
- Execute data-driven marketing campaigns across channels - paid acquisition and organic SEO (must be a fast learner).
- Work with Project Managers (PM) of different client projects, to run creative and data-driven sprints session
- Manage the digital operations team and support deck-making & and strategy for each client project (become the digital consultant to clients)
- Design digital marketing strategy, operations, and advisory, while suggesting enhancements to internal company workflows (and clients)
- Being able to take on client's presentations, mainly updates, and help interpret data (tell a story and decode data and metrics for the client understanding the effectiveness of content published by the team, advise the Content Curation team (strategy, video production, design) based on data what type, narrative, format, direction, etc.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to clients and interpret data on their behalf and optimization plan
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, reporting to Department Lead and clients
- Stay up-to-date on growth marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Practical experience with a proven track record in the industry.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, XHS)
- Strong written, verbal, project management, and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategy, processes, and tactics
- Data-driven mindset, skilled with modern AI-toolset familiarity
- Excellent project management and client relationship skills
- Passion for digital innovation and experimentation
