Job Description:
- Marketing strategy and roadmap for key market such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand.
- Responsible for driving direction for the regional marketing function including ATL & BTL, PR campaign, partnership, social media and influencer marketing.
- Content management - work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding assets.
- Enhance and drive brand image, positioning and message to market.
- Contribute to New Product Development such as unlocking consumer insight, packaging design. Work with cross functional departments such as R&D, supply chain for marketing input.
- Manage and develop portfolio strategy and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with sales team to achieve commercial target by producing high quality content, marketing materials and presentations.
- Handle international trade shows and exhibition.
- Responsible for budgetary compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG/beauty/creative agency.
- Strong leadership and enjoy work in team environment.
- Agency background is advantageous.
- Outgoing and cheerful personalities.
- Creative mind and able to think out-of-box.
- Able to work under pressure within tight timelines.
- Meticulous and hands-on.
- Team player and willing to learn.
- Able to speak Mandarin to deal with Chinese associates.
- Traveling is required.
