High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, including HACCP guidelines.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Willing to travel within a few outlets of the Group located in KL/Selangor
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Ensure that food preparation is carried out according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and sanitation practices.- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by kitchen staff, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
