The Group HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, selection, learning and development (L&D), culture development, and HR system management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive initiatives to enhance our organizational culture, employer value proposition and ensure effective HR operations.
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and processes covering the entire employee lifecycle.- Develop and execute strategies to source candidates effectively for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Implement upskilling programs to enhance the current skills of employees in cutting tool design, development, and production.
- Develop reskilling programs to prepare employees for new roles and responsibilities as the company evolves.
Create tailored development programs to build effective management and leadership skills.- Drive initiatives to develop and enhance the company's culture via core values development
Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the employer value proposition and employer branding.
Take ownership of all HR systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized and integrated with other systems.- Manage relationships with outsourced partners such as payroll providers, ensuring service quality and compliance.
Ensure data accuracy and security within HR systems.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to support employee development and organizational goals (including handling employee relations issues)
Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.- Collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to drive HR initiatives and secure buy-in.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices.- Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
