We are looking for a HR profession that could support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team across the region (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand & China).
- Develop, implement and improve policies and processes and SOP that align with the company's goals and culture, including but not limited to, HR policy, review on salary structure, incentive structure, etc.
- Work with all department head to design and come out with the career roadmap.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and the team members on a wide range of employee relations matters, including workplace conflict resolution.
- Practice HR compliance, including maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and conducting audits as needed.
- Working together with Finance in processing payroll, including gathering employee information, submitting employee payroll monthly, report and update payroll records monthly.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders in China on the HR related matters and be the contact point for that.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years or above of regional HR experience in a similar role.
- Regional exposure experience.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Experienced in implementation of various HR projects.
- Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin will be advantageous.
- A team player with good leadership.
