Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Lead initiatives to create a positive work environment and resolve employee concerns.
- Organize activities to enhance team morale and promote collaboration.
- Ensure clear communication between employees and management.
2. Employer Branding & Social Media
- Manage company social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to promote employer branding.
- Share company updates and employee engagement activities online to enhance the company's reputation.
3. HR Processes Automation
- Lead the automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement tools and systems to streamline tasks like onboarding, employee data management, and performance tracking.
4. HR Operations & Collaboration with Jakarta HR
- Collaborate with Jakarta HR on staff hiring, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment processes.
- Conduct first-level salary reviews for new hires and expatriates, ensuring offers are competitive and align with market standards.
- Verify employment terms and benefits with Jakarta HR to ensure compliance with local regulations.
5. HR Budget Management
- Oversee the HR department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor spending and identify ways to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
6. Providing HR Services to Stakeholders
- Serve as a key contact for stakeholders, providing timely HR support and services.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met through effective communication and HR solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR services with business goals.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years in HR at manegerial position, particularly in employee relations and engagement.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Experience in employee engagement, HR process automation, and budget management.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing social media for employer branding.
- Ability to provide responsive, solution-oriented HR services to stakeholders.
- May be required to travel on needs basis.
