Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in preparing monthly Group Consolidation Reporting.
  • Provide guidance to accountants in preparing the management accounts and statutory reporting & tax respectively.
  • Monitoring the intercompany balances and to ensure all intercompany current accounts to be settled based on the terms agreed between both parties or should be settled within 12 months.
  • To ensure management fees calculation and ensure accuracy of cost allocation.
  • Financial performance analysis
  • To ensure processes and reporting systems set up effectively and efficiently.
  • To improve Standard Operating Procedures and implement effectifvely.
  • To ensure the statutory audit and tax schedules update monthly accordingly.
  • Take lead and preparing tax computation for all the legal entities.
  • Responsible to ensure year end statutory audit and tax compliance in accordingly.
  • Liaises with internal and external auditors ,tax agent and banker whenever required.
  • Preparing other reports and slides as assigned by superior.
  • To ensure documentations related to accounts, finance, legal, HR, company secretary , finance related document are in organize and filling being well kept and in order.
  • Preparing Budget and Financial Model.
  • Group Treasury reporting and Cashflow reporting.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least a Degree or professional accounting qualification in ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CIMA or its equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably Chinese.
  • Preferably HEALTHCARE background.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, words, Power Points
  • Preferably knowing SAPB1 accounting system or any accounting software system
  • Meticulous and attend to details
  • Work closely as a team and have good relationship with everyone. Having effective communication and approach to avoid conflict of interests. Able to resolve issues collaboratively with team members and fully utilize this relationship to gain more knowledges, understanding and experiences.
  • Good attitude and willing to walk extra miles and desire to progress in career development.
