1) Familiarizing themselves with the brand's visual guidelines, including colour schemes, typography, logo usage, etc.
2) Ensuring all designs align with the brand's identity and messaging.
3) Designing graphics for various digital channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, online advertising, mobile apps, and more.
4) Creating visuals like banners, infographics, icons, illustrations, GIFs, and video graphics.
5) Working closely with content writers, social media managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual and textual storytelling.
6) Contributing ideas and visuals to marketing campaigns and content strategies.
7) Designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, or other digital products, considering both aesthetics and usability.
8) Collaborating with UX designers or researchers to create optimal user experiences.
9) Assisting video producers and animators with visual elements, storyboards, or graphics for video content.
10) Providing design support for webinars, podcasts, or other multimedia content.
11) Creating visuals for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, or business cards, if the role also includes offline marketing.
12) Designing with SEO and accessibility in mind, such as using appropriate file sizes, alt text, or responsive design for different devices.
13) Revising designs based on feedback from team members, clients, or stakeholders.
14) Iterating on designs until they meet the objectives and quality standards.
15) Organizing and managing graphic files, templates, and assets.
16) Ensuring that all design materials are easily accessible to the team.
17) Analysing how design choices impact user engagement, click-through rates, conversions, etc.
18) Adjusting designs based on performance metrics and insights.
19) Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
20) Continuously learning and applying new techniques to keep designs fresh and competitive.
21) Ensuring all designs comply with legal requirements, copyright laws, and industry standards.
22) Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards in all visual materials.
