Job Description
As a Graphic Designer at Cloudix Digital, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients brands. You will work closely with our marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to produce visually stunning and effective digital assets that drive engagement and conversion.
- Creative Design: Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, display ads, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to clients brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across all digital channels.
- Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand client objectives, project requirements, and target audiences, translating these insights into effective design solutions.
- Campaign Development: Design and produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banner ads, landing pages, and email templates.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the team to enhance our creative output.
- Client Interaction: Occasionally participate in client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects is required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is beneficial.
- Creative Skills: Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
