Job Responsibility

• Participate in management meeting
  
  

You shall participate the management meeting. You shall be responsible for preparing notice, record of meeting and carry out subsequent coordination as may be necessary to determine the status of the job/ s assigned to the participants.

• Self-Improvement
  
  

You shall take initiative learn, update and upgrade yourself in graphic design and its related software and attend all training courses or seminars provided by the company form time to time.

• Data Backup and maintenance system
  
  

You shall be responsible for data backup with the use of removable storage system that has to be kept in separate area or fireroof depository devise.

• Feedback
  
  

You shall apprise you superior on all information pertaining to the status of such assignments , jobs and projects under your charge.

• Confidentiality
  
  

You shall maintain and cause to maintain so as to keep all data and/or information entrusted to you in

confidential manner. In this context, the data and information could be in hardcopy,digitized format and/or verbal transmission.You should ensure tjis capacity be made known to all the subordinates assigned to you and you should at all time ensure that they comply with this ruling.

Responsibilities

under the guidance of your superior and the company policies currently in force, you shall ensure the smooth operation of the sections, jobs and assignments put under you charge and plan ahead all duties so as to meet the preset schedules.The duties and responsibilities in the context of your job functions shall at least encompass the followings:

• packaging material design;
• commerical photographing;
• label sign;
• catalogue design;
• sales and promotion flyers/brochure design;
• other document re to business development and company image enhancement,etc.

You shall adopt proactive working attitude to act in advance all jobs and assignments so as to meet the

operation requirements form time to time.
