Position Overview:
We are seeking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications Team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing engaging content across various digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive guest engagement. You will also be responsible in executing all hotel brand standard visual communications, both online and offline across multiple channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and edit graphics, photos, and videos according to hotel brand standards.
Creating and curating compelling static and moving content for social media and other relevant media channels.- Creating final designs, working to a deadline and budget.
Participate in content ideation meetings and contribute fresh, vibrant ideas.
Essential Competencies: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong interest in design and content creation/ideation alongside social media trends.
Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to integrate well into the MarComm team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in relevant digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects and In Design, Canva, Cap Cut and/or similar to produce necessary deliverables required.- Knowledge in applying Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
Able to receive constructive feedback and being a proactive team member is an essential part of being an effective team player within the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a diploma in design or related to creative design.
This may be in graphic design, illustration, fine art, or visual communications.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience:- Minimum 2-3years and above - responsible for creative graphic design or visual communications within relevant creative industries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
