We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team for a six-month placement working from our Kuala Lumpur office. The successful candidate will provide support to our design team and will be responsible for the production of branded corporate materials.
This is an in-person role based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create aesthetically appealing and effective corporate graphics in line with the company's branding guidelines.
- Create artwork for multiple events based on templates.
- Develop concepts and layouts for printed materials, signage, brochures, reports, websites, web banners, social media posts, digital displays, LED screens and other assets.
- Create and edit icons, logos, graphics, images and infographics.
- Produce templates and create artwork using Adobe design software, and also using Microsoft programmes.
- Review and proof final designs before distribution.
- Follow procedures on communication, delivery and distribution of assets.
- Report, communicate, assist and collaborate effectively with other members of the creative team and management .
- Liaise with other teams internally.
- Liaise with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
Qualifications
- 2+ years work experience.
- Professional level of the English language - both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Experience in digital media, social media, web design, and UX/UI design is a bonus.
- Able to provide support to colleagues and team members.
- A self-motivated and energetic person with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to execute administrative tasks and communicate with suppliers.
- An eye for detail and aesthetics.
