Graduate Technical Program (Unit Process Engineering)

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Must be able to work in wafer fab environment.
• Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
• Work as a team between Manufacturing / MNT / UPE / LBS / Technology Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
• Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control(APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
• Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

University degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Physics disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Working experience < 1 year.

CGPA must be at least 3.0

Strong communication and written skills in English.

Self-motivated and team player.

Innovative and work independently to drive technical projects.

Able to work in Kulim Area.

Contract for One(1) year
