Job Purpose

Participate in training experience, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with supervisory and managerial responsibilities.

The Job

  • Undergo on-the-job training based in two different departments under Finance.
  • Gain insights in Finance which comprises Strategy and Analytics, Business Finance, Product Pricing and IFRS.
  • Project manage departmentwide and ad-hoc activities to develop leadership skills in various aspects.
  • Accelerate personal growth through personal development interventions.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice.
  • Other responsibilities entailed

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, etc
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00
  • Fresh graduate or with 1 year working experience.
  • Driven, strong research skill, analytical skill, and communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational awareness, business acumen, and financial industry knowledge
  • Functional Competencies: Creativity, Cross-Functional Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Planning and Organising, Information Seeking, Data Analysis, Conceptual Thinking, Project management
