About the Role
We are growing our Internal Support Team in Kuala Lumpur and are seeking a Graduate Service Desk Engineer. A successful candidate will work with the rest of Ekcos Internal Support Team providing a mixture of onsite support in KL, and remote support to users in our international offices. You will be required to cover European working hours.
Responsibilities
Manage a ticket queue ensuring prompt and quality resolution of requests.
Manage your own tickets keeping them up to date with progress for and internal notes.
Coordinating with HR and other teams on user onboarding and offboarding.
Provide hardware break-fix support.
Laptop imaging and device inventory management.
Work with the global team to provide remote technical support for users across all our regions.
Assist with the technical maintenance of our office and systems. Basic networking, printing, and infrastructure support.
Troubleshoot issues while coordinating with other technical teams and 3rd party vendors.
Document changes and processes in our documentation solution.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Familiarity with supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
Microsoft 365 Administration experience highly desirable.
Industry certifications Azure, Office
- A+, Network +, ITIL desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune and Windows Server desirabl
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Able to adhere to KPIs
Excellent spoken and written communication in English is essential
