Graduate Architect is responsible for supporting the architectural design planning and implementation of the assigned projects. Ultimately, you will be executing the design documentation and providing technical support at all construction stages to ensure the compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Design, check and calculate all assigned architectural matters.
- Supervise and examine design drawings produced by the draughtsman.
- Assist senior team members with the analysis of information, produce of designs and computations.
- Assist in preparing specifications, proposals and other documentation under close supervision along with applying a variety of standard methods and techniques in solving problems to complete the tasks.
- Accountable for submitting a high quality of work accurately including routine letters, reports, standard documentation, presentations, etc.
- Accountable for providing all information in an articulate and organised manner within the agreed timeframe.
- Complete the BIM model training successfully
- Execute and monitor plans and systems related to design and ISO
- Manage site coordination, review and inspection
- Assist in the preparation of submission to the related authorities.
- Maintain a database of architectural drawings and glans
- Ensure design is in compliance with the standard code of practice.
- Ensure BIM model achieves minimum accuracy for quantity take-off
- Obtain approval from the senior team members before issuing any drawings and documents to the external parties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.
Job Specifications and Requirements
- Master's Degree/Degree in Architecture or other equivalent fields.
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of working experience in infrastructure or building construction, or related fields.
- Detail-oriented with good understanding of project management methodologies and engineering design principles.
- Ability to articulate and present ideas well and thoroughly.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM
