Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist or prepare the concept and schematic designs;
  • Conducts feasibility studies and Prepare design proposal and report;
  • Liaise with Client Representatives & Consultants to ensure that Project Objectives are met;
  • Perform Administrative and Professional Architectural Work by managing projects from inception through implementation stage;
  • Provide leadership to the project and the project design team consisting of architects, engineers and designers and external consultants;
  • Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
  • Ensure design quality;
  • Ensure work comply with authority regulations;
  • Performing the role of an Architect in managing the Building Contract and etc.; and
  • Assist the Team Leader for necessary tasks to complete the Projects assigned to him/her.

Job Requirements

  • Working Experience: 2 to 5 years
  • Education Level: Master's or Equivalent
  • (Field of Study: Architecture and Town Planning)

Job Benefits

  • Salary: RM 3,300 to 3,500 (salary negotiable)
