- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the club including its activities and the relationship between the club and liaison committee, top management, members, guests, employees, community, government and industry.
- Responsible for formulating the management strategies and proposing amendment to the current policies with the view of improving the intention and value, to strengthen the image and well being of the Club and to raise to higher level.
- Implement and monitor the budget, monitor the quality of the clubs products and services, and ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction.
- Consistantly looking for opportunity to increase and widen the revenue based of the club from existing under-utilized facilities.
- Plan expansion of current non-golf assets to further increase and diversify revenue and profit base.
- Responsible for producing budget proposal, staff performance and health & safety issues relating to all aspects within the environment of the Glenmarie Golf & Country Club.
- Responsible for informing the members of any impending work throughout the Club and/ or the golf course that may disrupt play or cause inconvenience; particularly on the golf course.
- Responsible in the good presentation of the golf course to the golfers.
- Formulate and implement action plans for generating revenue to offset budgeting expenditure.
- Prepare the annual operating budget of the Club for perusal by the Management and approval of the Board of Directors.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors degree in Professional Golf Management or other relevant professional certification.
Minimum 15 - 20 year(s) of working experience preferably Manager / Senior Manager specialized in Golf Club management or equivalent.
