Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with HALAL, HACCP, GMP and QACC standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product development and manufacturing processes.
Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Train and support staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Biochemistry, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably in the food, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries.
Experience with GMP, ISO, and Halal certification processes and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of HALAL, HACCP, GMP, and QACC standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
