Key Responsibilities:

• Be the regional subject matter expert of BIPO's HCM solution functionality
• Prepare system demo environment
• Support Global Solutions Manager with functional demo presentation at client meetings
• Prepare and develop responses to global RFPs/RFIs (Request for Proposals/Information)
• Maintain and organise RFP & RFI responses in company shared folders
• Identify product gaps and align with Product Team for enhancements
• Support HRMS project implementation and other project-related tasks from time to time
• Location: KL, Malaysia

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HRMS industry with knowledge in HCM applications preferred
• Minimum 2 years working experience in solutions/pre-sales environment
• Ability to present and articulate responses to HCM functional business requirements
• Individual contributor role; engaged as a team player at all times
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Information Systems preferred
