Team Introduction: The Global Finance Helpdesk is a sprightly team under the Finance Shared Service Center. We are committed to providing various financial consulting services to employees worldwide, answering financial questions, including but not limited to employee reimbursement, accounts payable, contract management, treasury, etc. We provide 7*24 hours online service and support bilingual response service in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building a Malaysian Finance on call team, establishing global leading team service standards and response processes 2. Manage the operation of global Finance on call, arrange personnel scheduling reasonably according to the impact of time difference, and ensure stable operation during peak and low peak periods of business volume 3. Responsible for professional training and performance reviews of team members in various regions, improve their professional capabilities, and establish a good training mechanism 4. Handle employee complaints properly and coordinate with the finance departments to provide various solutions to the business teams 5. Benchmark industry experience, optimize Finance on call service system, improve global employee financial consulting satisfaction, and provide improvement suggestions for financial processes in each module 6. Responsible for Help Desk system construction, collecting system improvement suggestions and promoting system optimization
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a finance or business related major.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the financial or customer services management sector.
- Good professional ethics and work enthusiasm, courage to innovate and accept challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient project management skills, those who have coordinated the completion of major projects are preferred.
- Strong logical thinking ability, with good communication and coordination skills are preferred.
- Proven track of leadership experience is strongly preferred.
