The Opportunity:
Team management, mentoring & development lead the team of coordinators to deliver optimized revenue and GP assurance for global customers delivering end-to-end profitability
Problem solving and escalated resolution of queries & disputes with customers and Toll branches
Escalated communications with global customers leading enhanced customer service
Monitoring & reporting on global job file management & closure of jobs to improve Toll's cash flow and customer satisfaction
Quality communications with customers, GF branches globally, and senior management, leading efforts to quickly overcome problems to meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests.
Responsible to plan Global Control Tower team workload as a high functioning team coordinating with internal/external parties to ensure the effective delivery of tasks in line with KPIs and SOP.
What you'll need to succeed in this role:
Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent
Need to have experience in international freight forwarding and/or invoicing or costing and team leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and able to work under tight deadline
Advanced proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and CW1 (preferred)
Read, write and speak English & Mandarin fluently
