- Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients in target markets, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our used Japanese car inventory.
- Utilize digital channels and online platforms to showcase our diverse range of vehicles and engage with potential buyers.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences to tailor our offerings accordingly.
- Strive to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic negotiation and deal closure.
- Provide unparalleled customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop innovative strategies for expanding market penetration and driving sales growth.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports on a regular basis, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate sales records and upholding ethical business practices at all times.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in automotive sales, particularly in the sale of used cars. Exceptional sales acumen, with a knack for building rapport and closing deals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with Professional fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, French, Russian or German is advantageous).
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with online sales platforms.
Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours based on international time zones and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telemarketing B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
