We are looking for a passionate GHSEQ Data Quality Executive who will be working with Wilhelmsen Ship Management, a comprehensive global maritime group providing over half of the merchant fleet with essential products and services, along with supplying crew and technical management to the largest and most complex vessels ever to sail.

The position will be located at 1 Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and it is easy to get to by public transportation.

Main responsibilities
Support in checking accuracy of vessel emission data reported through company designated reporting tools and monitoring platforms.
Coordinate with relevant stake holders (internal/external) support to review and correct the inaccuracy of the emission data.
Review and update the monitoring plans as per update from vessel, internal offices and Regulatory requirement.
Assist in completing the vessel emission data reporting requirement to the verifier as per timeline for annual reporting and for vessel leaving management.
Support Safety Management and Security process and implementation.
Ad hoc projects relating to vessel performance data / safety management implementation.
Any other duties as requested by VP Global HSEQ & Systems.

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
University degree or higher vocational training in the technical/maritime qualification.
Seafaring experience, preferably at a Junior Officer level (Third/Second Officer or Fourth/Third Engineer)
Good command of oral and written English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Environmentally focused.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills to develop close relationships with shipboard staff as well as internal and external support functions.
