Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building relationships with prospective students, and promoting Sigma Schools programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students through various channels (calls, emails, social media) to understand their needs and promote our programs.

Provide detailed information about Sigma Schools offerings, including curriculum, benefits, and tuition refund guarantee.

Guide potential students through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students using our CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Sigma Schools unique value proposition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or tech industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Passion for education and technology.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
