Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all company operations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage the design team, project managers, and support staff.
  • Handle client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project planning and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Identify business opportunities and help grow the company.
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the interior design industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet financial goals.
