• Position Overview:

As the General Manager of Sigma Group, you will spearhead the overall operations, growth, and strategic direction of our diverse portfolio of companies. You will be instrumental in scaling our businesses, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This role is perfect for a driven leader who is passionate about making a significant impact in the tech and education sectors.

• Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Vision: Lead and mentor the leadership teams across Sigma School and other Sigma Group ventures, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and goals.

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, scale operations, and expand market reach for all Sigma Group companies.Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, high performance, and continuous improvement across all business units.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Culture & Talent Development: Build and nurture a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent across all ventures.Innovation: Champion innovation across Sigma Group, encouraging the development of new ideas, products, and services that align with our mission.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience managing people, ideally in startups.

• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving growth, and managing P&L.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
