Job Summary :
- To liaise with all stake holders, in developing and effectively implementing Sales Division AMP, aligned with company business strategies and goals.
SNOP Planning Monitor market demand and liaise with SCM through SNOP operation to ensure supply meeting demand and stock month requirements.- Busines Policy Support BP Operation to ensure timely formulation and communication to Network. Monitor and evaluates effectiveness of BP.
Dealer reimbursement Ensure accurate and timely promotion and incentive reimbursement to Dealer.
- Sales analysis and reporting Continue to enhance all sales related reports and analysis to support sales strategy decision making process.
Lead, guide, coach and share experience with team to bring industry best practice to improve overall sales division productivity.
Key Accountabilities :- Preparation of divisional AMP as per timeline.
SNOP to meet Sales Demand and stock month requirements.
- Effective implementation and execution of Business Policy.
Accurate and timely reimbursement of promotion / incentive payout.- Accurate and comprehensive sales analysis report for Division, State Office and Outlet to act on.
Share best practice through benchmarking and implement changes to sales operations.
Job Requirements: -
10 years relevant experience- Good communication skills
Leadership, strategic, Analytical and highly work committed.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM20,
- 00 - RM30,000.00 per month
