Your new employers is one of the most established Property Developers dedicated to building new and innovative properties through highly sustainable practices and betterment of the community. We are currently seeking a Project General Manager to look after their portfolio in Sabah.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director in crucial aspects of projects and oversee the overall operations in regards to project conception & delivery. This position will also entail a focus in people management and fostering a collaborative environment within the company.
About The Job
- To provide expertise in refining the internal project management operations (conceptualisation, planning, implementation & close out).
- To plan, run, and monitor all operational activities to ensure the successful delivery of development projects.
- To maintain a cooperative interdepartmental relationship in other activities such as feasibility studies, marketing collateral, purchase agreements, authority approvals etc
- To enable efficient knowledge transfer amongst the Group for future developments
- To champion regular portfolio updates to Senior Management with pro-active risk mitigation strategies and a joint problem solving approach.
Skills & Experiences Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 15 years experience in property development
- Past experience in managing multi project portfolios with strong delivery capabilities
