To manage and execute manufacturer strategies.
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth- Hiring new staff within a department or business unit
Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
- Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients
Developing new solutions to meet client needs- Improving internal processes for better productivity
Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
MBA / Degree in Business or any other relevant field
- Possess proven ability to relate to business and operational needs of stakeholders and effective strategic financial planning and execution
Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and effective problem-solving skills.- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop high-performance teams and personnel career development
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with strong business acumen
- Continually striving for improvement via new and effective work practices
Work in a professional and ethical manner and maintain confidentiality at all times- Strong leadership, interpersonal, management and collaborative skills
Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Able to motivate and lead a team.
