Requirements :_
- Minimum Diploma and above
Proven working experience as an It practitioner or relevant experience : excellent experience & knowledge of technical management and computer hardware / software- Ability to manage personnel
Good experience in retail
- Good communication skills
Good in problem solving and decision making abilities especially in critical situation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
_Roles and Responsibilities :
_- Monitoring day-to-day operations of Sales & IT department and applying strategies for efficiency ability to analyze its requirements and propose suitable solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies which aligned with the companys objectives
- Manage Sales & IT staff through recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
To lease with other department on matters pertaining to Sales or It- To maintain a harmonious workplace and good housekeeping
Foster a positive work environment to achieve employees full potential
- Ensure updates and reports on schedule
Perform highly organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Advantage : knowledge in Wavelet Pos system
