Job Description

Job Responsibility

Production Support:
Assist in the setup and preparation of production lines.
Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
Handle raw materials and feed them into production machinery.
Manual Labor:
Load and unload materials, products, and equipment.
Move finished products to storage or shipping areas.
Perform assembly and packaging tasks as required.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Assist in training new employees as needed.
Miscellaneous:
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods.
Willingness to work in various production environments, which may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Working Conditions
The role may require working in overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
The work environment can be physically demanding and may involve exposure to various production-related hazards.
