Job Responsibilities- To execute administrative work.
To assist in performing office administrative function including sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails, answering telephone calls, etc.- To update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of admin correspondences / file
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- To undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
High integrity and can work independently
- Aggressive and responsible in working attitude.
