Job Description - Prepare and issue invoices.
Updating of incoming receipts and customers transactions.- Prepare and process payment vouchers.
Issue and verifying PO with quotation before approval
- Perform administrative tasks eg filing, making calls, record keeping and general tasks etc..
Assist in daily tasks and assist or supports to other team members.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.- Required spoken language and in writing : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting system will be an added advantage
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in accounting are encourage to apply.- On the job training will be provided.
Preferable candidate with good working attitude and able to work with tight timeless.
- Age range 18 to 30 years old.
