Qualifications & experience- Candidates possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in basic accounting and administrative-related fields is beneficial- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and basic office software
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimum supervision
- Flexible, good sense of responsibility and work ownership
Ability to communicate in English & BM with colleagues, suppliers or customers. Other spoken language would be valued and added but not necessary- Fresh graduates with right working attitudes or interns looking to eventually convert to permanent roles are encouraged to apply

Handle office correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and supplies.- Organize and store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and categorization
Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records
- Input data into systems and generate reports, and monitor stock levels to replenish inventory as needed
Assist in handling phone calls, e-mails, and other correspondence.
