JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Responsiblitites:
- Prepare outlet schedule for team sales
Follow up opening of team sales- Calculate outlet and staff shortages for monthly payroll
Record any payment receipts or documentations (rental, utilities bill & etc)
- Handle filling of payment made and agreement (rental, utilities bill & etc)
Release daily ranking of sales team- Provide cohesive outlet and staff shortage/staff purchase daily report
Update and record staff lateness
- Conduct audit and support outlet nearby (support cashier or opening)
Assist on admin task in office or HOD (filling, documentation, follow up & etc)- Following company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:- Diploma in Business Admin or related
Preferable female & single, min age 20 years old max 27 years old
- Have valid Driving License
Able to work with minimum supervision- Able to work in fast-paced environment
Working office, Setia Tropika Johor Bahru
