Job Description: GENERAL ADMINResponsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
Document control - organizing and maintaining files and records.
Answering, screening and forwarding income phone calls
professionally and take adequate messages when required.
Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them to waiting area appropriately.
Liaising with the mailing agencies regarding postage and pick up.
Receiving and sorting of stock inventory / parcels.
Incharge online customer support
To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management.
Ability to work under minimum supervision and able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office & MS Word
Able to organize and multitasking.
Able to start immediately.
Training provided.

Good communication and telephone etiquette skills
