Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with the gaming community through online forums (i.e.: Discord, Reddit), social media, and in-person events.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner to build a loyal customer base.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as event organizers and media outlets, to enhance community initiatives and ensure campaign success.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing community events, such as tournaments, webinars, and meetups.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events and high engagement among participants and visitors.
- Ensure seamless execution of community engagement activities across different platforms and channels.
- Content Creation and Social Media Engagement:
- Manage engaging content tailored to the community's interests, including write-ups, social media updates and other collateral to garner traction and maintain community interest by collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage social media accounts and communities, monitor trends and user-generated content, and implement strategies to increase engagement.
- Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track social media metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track community engagement metrics and provide regular reports.
- Use insights to inform and enhance community engagement approach.
